Both ceremony & reception will take place at West Horsley Place.Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors in the walled gardens, so make sure you are in comfortable shoes.The evening reception, dinner and dancing will be at the Grade I listed historic manor house.
There’s strictly no smoking allowed on the premises.

Travelling by Train
Horsley station is a mile away with frequent trains from Waterloo, Vauxhall, Clapham Junction and Guildford. Woking station is 8 miles away.
Even though we are well connected, we recommend you leave plenty of time to get here if you are travelling on the day.
There may be unforeseen train delays and cancellations that may impact your journey time. We would hate to miss you at our ceremony. So, if you are travelling from afar, we would love it if you consider staying over locally the night before.

If travelling by train we advise that you think about arranging a taxi to get to West Horsley Place. We wouldn’t want you to pull an Elizabeth Bennet and muddy your lovely hems. For local taxi services see the logistics page.
Travelling by Car
If arriving by car you will enter via the main gates, marked by two black West Horsley Place signs, and you can park for free in the visitor carpark. You can then follow the signs and walk up to the manor house. See the helpful venue map above.
Please note that there is no valet parking.
Again, we recommend you leave plenty of time to get here in the morning, if you are travelling on the day. As we want you to enjoy our bar to the fullest we recommend you consider taking taxis for the evening soiree and leaving your cars at your hotels when you come back in the evening.
